Tennessee currently ranks 40th nationwide for overall access to behavioral and addiction care. Federal workforce data reveals a staggering reality: across our state’s high-shortage regions, only about 13% of the total psychiatric and substance use treatment need is actively being met by local practitioners. For individuals navigating the complex intersection of substance use and mental health, finding targeted outpatient therapy shouldn't feel impossible. We are on a mission to bridge that gap.
We are expanding to an integrated care model because we refuse to let our community settle for a fragmented system. By bringing together top-tier, independently licensed LADAC II, LPC-MHSP, and LMFT clinicians, we are creating a spaces where clients don't have to choose between treating their addiction or treating their mental health. They get comprehensive, evidence-based care under one roof.
