Inspired by the mentorship of Rochelle Moss, PhD, LPC—whose patience, kindness, and support shaped my early career—I aim to guide therapists with the same encouragement and wisdom she shared with me. Dr. Moss’s patience, kindness, and unwavering support shaped my early career and set a standard for what supervision can and should be.

An invested supervisor can turn the licensure journey into a positive, growth-filled experience. Inspired by Dr. Moss, I strive to build a supportive and empowering supervisory relationship, helping supervisees grow in confidence and skill while honoring their individual strengths and goals. My goal is to help each new therapist develop confidence and competence while honoring their unique strengths and professional aspirations.

I provide clinical primary and secondary supervision for therapists seeking full and independent licensure in both Nevada and Tennessee. Understanding the unique requirements and challenges in each state, I offer clear guidance and ongoing encouragement to help you succeed.

With a strong educational and clinical background, my supervision adapts to your unique needs and goals. I use an integrative approach, highlighting self-care, ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, and client-centered care. Each session targets your concerns, celebrates progress, and encourages growth in a supportive environment.
