IMPORTANT NOTE: Some groups may require a 5 session commitment.
The cost for trainings and consultations depends on the specific service or training you choose. All prices will be listed on your Good Faith Estimate (GFE) before your first meeting.
Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains the expected total cost of your non-emergency healthcare items and services before you receive them. This is particularly important for those exploring their insurance options or opting for self-pay information.
Who gets it: Anyone who is uninsured or choosing not to use insurance.
The timeline: Your provider must provide this Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service or anytime you request it in advance.
Disputes: If your actual bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the legal right to dispute it.
Pro Tip: Remember to save a copy or take a photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. For detailed questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
